چکیده

In this study, the mediating role of organizational identification in effect perceived support on employee performance was examined. context, data were collected from 414 participants working banks Adana and Osmaniye provinces Turkey through a questionnaire. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) applied to scale used study. addition, goodness fit tests regression carried out by structural equation model (SEM). The mediation tested with Boostrap method. As result it determined that has partial relationship between performance.
